Quiltie Trade Update!!!

Good morning Lovely peoples in blog land... I wanted to give you an update on my first Quiltie Trade. I think it went GREAT!!! I had a wonderful time receiving them all and trying my best not to keep them all! The hardest part was choosing which ones I was going to keep for myself. And, the other sad part was we lost one quiltie package in the mail. :( I'm really frustrated for Rebecca, because I know she worked so hard. But, we hold onto hope that they will show up eventually.  Soooo, I thought I would give you a sneak peek of the Quiltie Trade by showing you the ones I choose for myself.

This lovely quiltie was made by Cheryl, from New York. (no blog)  I grew up singing church hymns in my family. Which is why I feel in love with this little cutie!!

Next, is Tova from Arizona. (no blog)   I saw this and gasped!!! I totally love the look of this rocky wonder. I had several Ladies who read blogs, but don't have one, email me and ask if they could join in on the fun. Of course, we were happy to have them join us.

And then lastly, but certainly not the least, Stephanie from Tennessee. When I saw the edging on this beauty.. I knew it was NOT leaving my house :O)

Then to my joyful surprise.... these two lovely Ladies made an extra for me to keep!! On the left you have Marilou, whom I like to call Blogmama :) and Lori on the right, (no blog) my best friend I had to leave back in Florida. Thank you Girls for the gifts... you really didn't have to .. but, I love them. :O)

I must say Ladies this trade was just AWESOME!!!! Thank you all very much for playing. I hope to see you all again on the next trade, and maybe some new traders too.!

I have mailed out all the quilties to their new homes. I will wait to do a post on all the quilties for at least a week. So, their new owners get a chance to see them first.

Have a super lovely DAY!!!!

Hi Sandie,

I'm putting together a post right now on the Quilties that I received today. Thank you for sending one from you. ♥ I love it.

What a bummer on the lost package. Hopefully it will show up at some point in time. I love the quilties that you kept. And thank you for keeping one of mine. ♥

I just snagged the photo of mine because I FORGOT to take individual photos of mine! I had a lot of stuff on the area where I had taken a sneak peek photo and without thinking I just moved them out of the way and then they got mailed.

Will you tell me who else got my other two? I'd like to go snag the photos of those two also unless you have photos of everyone of them. If you do let me know.

Hugs and Love ♥
Steph

I am not familiar with Quilties and read about your swap on Sandy's Love To Quilt blog. What a fun and creative swap! Of the ones I've seen, everyone has done a wonderful job. I can see this as being the perfect way to enjoy quilting for someone who has very little time... Like me! Thank you for sharing these.
