Fresh Sewing Day!!

Good Morning!! Today I am linking up with Lily's Fresh Sewing day! I will be showing you some of the things I have been working on this month. First up is the Blogger's block of the month over at Jackie's blog.
Above is block number 5, and Quilt Dad, (John) is the designer of this months block.

Here is my second block. You only have to do one block..but I decided to double up every month.

I am really loving the way all these blocks are coming out. It will be exciting to see how they are going to come together.

I also joined Block Swap Adventures...over there you make a 12.5 unfinished block and mail it out to your partner, and she mails one to you. By the end of the year you have 12 blocks to make a quilt if you want. Above is my block for Shannon.

And here is her block that she sent me. I love that she sent me a postcard from her state. Thanks Shannon.  I love my block!!

I also layered my UFO #3, it is ready to quilt.

Finally, I taught a Quiltie class this month as well. The Ladies had a great time..so I must have done a good job!!  Well, that's it for me this month....I'm off to start my next month!!

Have a super wonderful day!!! I insist. :o)

Oh I can tell you love colour as much as I do - beautiful makes. Isn`t teaching the best although I`ve never taught quilting - combining the two would be just too good!

Hi Sandie, I love those beautiful colourful blocks. Yhanks for dropping by my blog. Isn't the swap so much fun. I'm planning on finishing my block tonight, if I can drag myself away from my current book. It's a cliff-hanger so it might take some self discipline to park myself at the sewing machine. Aggie.

Hi Sandie, what a colourful & interesting blog you have. We have teaching in common. You are involved in some fun sounding swaps/bees.

Hi Sandie,

I copied the themes for the future quiltie trades...Do we still make 3 of them?

I hope to have some ready for the flower theme.

Hugs,
Stephanie
