Quiltie Class Show and Tell

Well, we had Quiltie class again this month!! ...and as usual it was so much fun. I really look forward to seeing every one and playing for a few hours :):) The quiltie above is what I showed the girls how to make. You layer 5 different fabrics on top of each other. Then sew some lines over them. Then cut away each layer...revealing a different piece of fabric. Cool idea!! and quick!!

Next I will show you what they girls made in class.

Then they brought some extras that they wanted to trade with each other.

Susanne...she has a great sense of humor :):)

Thanks for stopping by....I know I haven't been around for a while...I have a new baby (Bella) who is like having a brand new toddler in the house. Trying to potty train her, get her to know her name,  no biting, and then trying to teach her to play softly...the other poodles are very little. As you can see I have been a wee bit busy. Many hugs to all who follow my art life journal :):)
